Our Programs

Mechanical Training For Speed

Wether it's linear acceleration, top speed, or agility, our training programs are constructed to optimize individual factors to lead to efficient and powerful movement patterns. Our programs are available for both field (football) and on-ice application.

This program requires consistent and regular sessions for the most optimal progression to proper mechanics within the sport.

CFL Combine Prep

We provide mechanical assessment regarding the standardized testing within the CFL combine including: 40 yard dash, pro-agility, and long jump

This Program can be paired with in-house training, or alongside external training.

Team Testing Sessions

Schedule a session to test your athletes on their performance parameters including force and power output, acceleration and top speed, agility, balance, and symmetry.

With the data provided by the tests administered you will develop an understanding of the health and performance values within your team. Additionally, we can provide recommendations towards additional training based on the data provided, as well as possible areas of concern regarding performance and health.

Solo Testing Session

Schedule a solo session to test yourself or your athlete on their performance parameters including force and power output, acceleration and top speed, agility, balance, and symmetry.
